I am an Air Force Gulf War Veteran. I hold a BS in Business Management, am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and have been retired since 2014. After enduring chronic pain and PTSD since my time in the military, I have come to deeply understand the profound benefits of yoga and meditation for pain reduction and mental clarity.
As a yoga instructor and life coach, I believe that yoga can inspire both physical and mental transformations, helping to reduce pain, alleviate PTSD symptoms, and lower stress levels. I offer a variety of yoga classes, catering to those seeking physical challenges as well as complete mindfulness and meditation practices. Recognizing that people come to the mat with varying levels and intentions, I welcome everyone to create their unique yoga experience.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of guiding thousands of individuals through yoga and leading workshops for hundreds. My workshops focus on essential topics such as self-care, mindfulness, meditation, turning conflict into intimacy, establishing healthy boundaries, creating meaningful mission statements, sleep, Ayurveda, finding financial bliss, and cultivating a blissful life.
In 2017, I founded the non-profit organization MYKC - Live Bliss, with the mission to empower individuals to live intentionally and discover their true purpose through transformative life coaching. Our efforts have led to remarkable results, including:
• 105% increase in self-care regimes
• 80% improvement in conflict resolution skills
• 58% enhancement in professional relationships
• 84% better sleep quality
• 129% rise in effective stress reduction methods
• 50% decrease in overall stress
• 50% reduction in anxiety
Through MYKC - Live Bliss, we are committed to fostering personal growth and well-being, helping people make lasting, positive changes in their lives.
