I am passionate about empowering others to tune in - to their minds, bodies, and environments.
Yoga entered my life in my mid-teens. I was a competitive ice hockey player lacking grace or flexibility, and started solely for the physical benefits. As I dove in to "the real world" after college, my exploration of breath and intention deepened. Instead of focusing on the physical, I began connecting mind to flow. I was hooked. Yoga became a form of self-care, easing my rambling thoughts and heightening my present awareness.
My wellness philosophy is to inhabit reality with elevated curiosity. As a teacher, I cultivate a space for presence and play, inviting exploration through sequencing, cuing, hands on assists, breath work, and mindfulness.
