Carey Sims is an E-RYT200 and an RYT500.  He teaches Gentle yoga, Chair yoga, and Adaptive yoga.  His mission is to help students come home to their body in an accepting and non-judgmental way.  Carey teaches at NoDa Yoga and at several Senior Living Centers in Charlotte, NC.  He received his 200HR certification from Bella Vita Yoga in Charlotte, NC, his Advanced Studies certification from Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC, and currently studies with Matthew Sanford at Mind Body Solutions in Minnetonka, Minn.
