Alex Sanchez has been in training for thirty years of his life. His years of training experience have resulted in certifications as a personal trainer and a yoga instructor. He also has two third degree black belts in Hop-Kido and Ju-Jitsu. Also teaches Tai-Chi & QiGong to gently tone and stretch the body. Has also developed a fustion of Tai-Chi and gentle yoga resulting in a practice called Tai-Ga.
