Caitlin is a deeply curious student of life. Since childhood, she has been drawn to spiritual practices, philosophical ideas and esoteric traditions. After years of self study, Caitlin was guided to the path of yoga in 2011 where she began to unravel the confines of self imposed boundaries and limitations. In 2014, Caitlin was initiated to the tradition of yoga through the Baptiste lineage, receiving her 200 hour certification at Radiance Power Yoga in Boulder, Colorado. She has since continued her studies at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in western Massachusetts, completing an additional 500 hours of guided study. With this designation, Caitlin hopes to harness the tools of yoga to support those living with depression, anxiety and PTSD. Caitlin bows in reverence to the teachers that have come before her, recognizing Katie Rowe, Kate Mulheron, Sara Ward, Joseph Le Page, Ellen Schaeffer, Freedom Cole, Christopher Holmes and Jennifer Reis as some of her most influential teachers. Seeing the path of yoga as a roadmap to personal liberation, Caitlin feels called to share this ancient science. She is inspired to support others as they walk the path self realization. Caitlin is devoted to holding a safe and loving space to explore the union of mind, body and soul. Offering whole hearted yoga practices that honor the eight limbs, Caitlin resolves to provide accessibility and inclusivity for all beings on the path. Her intention or sankalpa is that you will leave her class feeling connected and inspired.
