Danielle loves to offer classes that are accessible to people of all ages and abilities. She will welcome you into class whether you're an expert arm balancer or a complete beginner. Danielle breaks down postures piece by piece to make sure that each pose is safe and effective for the whole class. You can expect to receive several different options of poses and sequences in each class, allowing you to tailor the sequence for your body, limitations, and needs for that day.
She will often focus classes on a specific area of the body for several weeks, allowing students to move deeper into poses and actually see some progress in their physical practice.
Danielle received her 200-hour training through Three Trees Yoga in Federal Way. She is also certified by Veterans Yoga Project and Street Yoga for trauma-informed yoga.
