I have practiced yoga for over 20 years and have been teaching yoga since 2015 in the beautiful town of Taos, NM. I teach a light-hearted vinyasa flow built with the intention to gently challenge my students, while suiting the intention they bring to their practice. I teach to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I love to integrate pranayama and meditation into my teaching. I consider myself a constant and humble student to yoga. Having lived with PTSD for much of my life, I discovered a nurturing strength and equanimity in yoga that I have found nowhere else. I hope that I can bring the same blessings to others.
