Phoebe has practiced yoga asana and different modalities of meditation, breath-work and movement since being a young child, with her mother and grandma. Phoebe draws on her background of being a professional modern dancer, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, licensed massage therapist and board-certified health and wellness coach. In additional to teaching yoga, meditation and other forms of movement since 2005, she has also lead 200hr yoga teacher trainings and received her 500hr training with Jason Crandell.
