Ten years ago I began to walk the wonderful paths of Yoga. Looking to find a different style where it would accommodate everything without restrictions. I started my training as a teacher at Rainbow Yoga in Tuscany-Italy, Madrid-Spain and Caracas-Venezuela. I really liked the idea of creating from the basic positions and their transitions with slow and deep breaths, so I continued my studies in Hatha Yoga with Tao Center School in Malaga, Spain. Both certifications included AcroYoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for families, parents, children, adolescents, pregnant mothers, post-partum and elderly. That is, for anyone who would like to join the magic of this beautiful practice. When I practiced AerialYoga in the USA, I realized that certification would help me to work on alignment and stretching in people with special needs in order to achieve greater mobility and recovery in a short time. PIYO and Pilates were certifications that helped me understand the importance of alignment in the execution of repetitive movements to prevent injuries. Having trained, worked and studied in different parts of the world, taught me to see Yoga from another point of view, a discipline created for all in which there are no limitations. This led me to make my practice and teaching a different style, integral, a fusion of styles that includes movement, alignment, breathing and strength within a dynamic and fun practice where laughter and games also have a place.
Being E-RYT-500 gave me the opportunity to become certified as YACEP, in order to reach many more people allowing me to offer courses to professors or new professors with certifications endorsed by Yoga Alliance.
I have a long experience with customer service in the area of Massages and Physical Therapy as well as First Aids, CPR/AED (Also certified in USA by the American Red Cross), pre and post surgical surgery, facial surgery as well as depilatory techniques.
I have also developed a fusion of Pilates, Fitness Combat, Yoga and Dance. This promotes aerobic exercise, movement coordination, breathing techniques and Yoga transitions from Asanas.
