Simply Move was founded by Kelly McLean in 2015, but it was not until 2020 that Simply Move became a virtual yoga studio. During the shutdown it became very clear that people were needing access to mindful movement practices and connection to others. Simply Move’s mission is to provide simple, functional movement for all bodies in a safe, judgment free, non-competitive, online space.
Simply Move classes are intended for everyone. Each class will offer options for every person’s ability. There are no levels to choose from. Just pick the day and time that works best for you.
