I am Registered Social Worker in Primary Health Care. I have extensive training in Mindfulness and Meditation and I'm currently affiliated with the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona, Arizona. I have als practiced Reiki as a Reiki Master Teacher for 20 years. In my social work practice, I am trauma informed, trained in addictions using cognitive behavioural strategies, mindfulness and yoga. I became a registered Yoga Teacher in 2014 in the Kundalini Tradition and I am currently finishing my 500 hour teacher training (Cross Disciplinary) with Deva Tree. I teach classes in my home and community.
