Dedicated and experienced teacher. I have used my skills of conveying information and affecting positive change in various career paths: from private & group music instructor, to international corporate trainer, to (most recently) a RYT-200! I love sharing appropriate yet challenging asana with others. The Eight limbs of yoga have completely reinvigorated my life, and I want to spread that knowledge as far and wide as I am able. As a dedicated vegan, I also enjoy the connection between nutrition and a spiritual practice. I find that the better I take care of myself, the more I am able to give to others. This is the guiding principle that has governed my yoga journey - a principle that also motivated me to complete my teacher training and explore new territory. Some of my favorite elements to include in class are: music, pranayama, vinyasa flow & mental imagery.
