I grew up in Romania and became interested in Yoga at age 14. Later, my first teacher, Teodor Stefanescu introduced me to the mystery of telepathy, the law of resonance, and the universe of subtle energies….
As a university student, I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the Academy of Economic Studies and went on to earn a Master’s in Tourism and Hotels. For the 10 years that followed, I worked as an economist for successive multinational companies in my homeland. While maintaining a dedicated Yoga practice, during this time I also pursued my interests in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP, of which I became both a practitioner and master), Vipassana meditation, and the Strategic Intervention Coaching of the Robbins-Madanes Institute.
In 2007, I made the decision to leave my career to devote myself to Yoga. I completed the TTC500 in the summer of 2008 and in 2010 founded PURNA Yoga in Bucharest. I have taught Yoga intensely since then. As a teacher, I am concentrating on my students' personal growth and customizing Yoga programs for them to enhance the efficiency of their practice.
