Dana in addition to being a yoga teacher is also a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer. She practices her yoga slowly and with intent using a variety of props.
Dana teaches the RYT200 hour program thru White Crow Yoga, Nashville, TN. Exploring stretching and relaxing as a means to finding strength.
Dana also teaches chair yoga and functional fitness chair yoga.
She also is a CEU provider for Yoga Alliance and a Silversneaker Instructor.
