Always a Mama first. Amber is the founder of Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga, the creator of Healthy Mamas, author of Mindful Mama Moments of Pause for Mothers, and creator of the Mindful Classrooms Project. She is also a founding member of The Body Mind Being Project, a non profit organization dedicated to bringing free yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to trauma survivors. Amber blends mindfulness, inspiration, challenge, and fun into her classes, programs, trainings, and life. If you can't find her in studio she's probably out in the woods, reading poetry, singing, or playing with her vibrant little boys.
