In 2010, Kyoko Yoda started teaching yoga shortly after graduating from UNDER THE LIGHT YOGA SCHOOL in Tokyo, Japan.
After that, she learned yoga for prenatal and postnatal women from a creative director and a senior course facilitator of Australian RYS Bliss baby, and was invited by them as a guest teacher in the teacher training courses in 2017 and 2018 in Tokyo.
She also learned Yin Yoga for almost 300hours from Jo Phee and Joe Barnett, direct disciples of the leader of Yin Yoga.
Even now, with the E-RYT500, she is learning as hard as teaching.
This is because yoga is one of the most useful practical techniques for her to stay calm and to be happy.
She has taught Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Postnatal and Prenatal Yoga in several yoga studios, community centers, a temple, and a maternity hospital.
Her teaching style is always student-centered, safe and heartwarming.
Her strength as a yoga teacher is that she has expanded successfully her teaching places and specialties over the years.
In 2020, she started offering private online lessons.
Moreover, she has studied “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” for the last few years. She is currently preparing continuing education on it for Japanese yoga teachers.
