May 6, 2020, 2pm ET

About This Workshop

Practicing self-care is extremely important for yoga teachers, especially given society's natural pivot into distance learning. This workshop describes how self-care directly results in authenticity, impactful online classes, strengthened teacher-student relationships, and effective learning.
