About This Workshop

Many yoga students are facing amplified trauma responses and triggers during the pandemic. As many yoga professionals have shifted their teaching and training online, it is important to create safe virtual spaces by offering choice, sharing power, and remaining predictable. This workshop explores ways to adapt online yoga instruction in a responsive way.
