In this event, workshop host Jen Palmer (E-RYT 500, YACEP) shares her experience, insights, and learnings of being both a yoga studio and school owner navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jen Palmer opened Universal Power Yoga (UPY) in 2013 after spending 10 years with Fortune 500 companies in various finance and management roles. After graduating from Bentley University with a degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting, Jen received her MBA from Bentley University. As a finance professional, Jen was able to learn key skills and competencies that allowed her to step into the leadership role of opening and operating UPY. As Owner of UPY, she oversees the class schedule and directs the 200-Hour and 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. Her greatest passion is helping people by sharing the benefits of yoga. She enjoys building relationships and community. Jen’s favorite mantra is to “Be Intentional” – she believes that intention plus mindful action can help people live a life full of joy and purpose.
