Holly has been exploring the power of embodiment and movement on and off of the mat for many years and has been helping others to do the same since 2017. She is primarily a teacher of yin and vinyasa-style yoga classes but also has a passion for sharing and teaching meditation, self-massage/myofascial release, and mindfulness practices through various workshops and retreats.
