Ellary has been teaching Yoga since 2014 when she completed her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Training in Vinyasa. She is also a Level II Restorative Teacher where she studied at the Kripalu Yoga School. She is passionate about slowing things down through meditation and mindfulness. She believes movement can be great medicine and incorporates somatic body movements as well as deep rest into her classes. She believes yoga is for all bodies and completed an inclusive & equitable yoga training with the Accessible Yoga Training School in 2020. Yoga is the way for her to be in and of service to others in her community.
