Sabrina teaches traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and restorative practices, she has been practicing for over 30 years and studied with several Yoga masters. In 2010 she relocated to north India to pursue her spiritual path and spent a decade living an ascetic life and studying Yoga and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and meditation as well as other mind/body healing methods.
She did her first Teacher Training with Vijay Kumar in Dharamsala, and then further her studies of Yoga, Pranayama, Mudra, Philosophy and Meditation under the guidance of Guruji B.N.S Iyengar in the lineage of Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya’s yoga tradition of Mysore, Guruji gave his blessing for her to teach Yoga and Pranayama in 2015. She later received Deeksha (initiation) in the Kriya Yoga tradition of the Himalayas by Mahayogi Pilot Baba in Haridwar, and traditional Nepal's Shamanic healing initiation in Kathmandu.
Among some of the teachers she has studied in depth are: David Swenson, Louise Ellis, Kathy Cooper, Danny Paradise, Lino Miele, Joey Miles of the Ashtanga Yoga lineage, Usha Devi Iyengar Yoga at Omkarandna Ashram in Rishikesh to whom she returned for may years, Simon Low Yin Yoga form 1993 to 2000, Sarah Powers Insight Yoga, Godfrey Deveraux Dynamic yoga, Yogeswari and Patrick Broome 75hrs TTC at Jivamukti Yoga London, Ajay Kumar Sthalam8 Yogashala in Mysore 200hrs TTC, and Yogi Kamal Singh.
She studied sound healing initially with Chaitanyashree at Kundalini Kathmandu, and later with Mangal Maharajan Sound Healing Academy Kathmandu, Gong master Don Conreaux, Yogi Methab Kundalini, Gurmuck Kaur Khalsa Kundalini, Swamaveda Academy Goa.
A Vipassana meditator and a student Buddhist Philosophy at TLWA in Dharamsala and FMPT Kopan monastery in Kathmandu, attending meditation and mind training retreats yearly for her own personal development.
Sabrina is committed to share the knowledge that has received in the lineage of her Gurus, therefore her Yoga teachings are informed by traditional 8 limbs yoga focusing on body alignment, breath and concentration, combined with restorative meditative practices, and by the Buddhist teachings of compassion and consciousness awakening.
Her students say that her classes are challenging and fun, she has been teaching internationally to people from all walks of life and some students have successfully followed the path to teaching yoga.
Sabrina is certified Sound Healer, Shamanic Healing Breathwork facilitator, offering on-to-one and group workshops since 2017, and other holistic therapies like Acupuncture, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Ayurvedic nutrition, Naturopathy.
She has been leading retreats in the Himalayas since 2014, offering opportunities for self healing and transformation, Ashtanga Yoga lead teacher on Yoga Alliance International 200hrsTTC in Dharamsala and Goa. More recently she has been working in London with groups in rehabilitation, and since 2022 she is offering classes and workshops in Derbyshire, UK and Italy in summer and north Goa in winter months, with yearly retreats in Himalayas.
Currently based in UK
