I've just returned from India where I trained in Rishikesh in Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin and Meditation.  It was truly an amazing experience to study and qualify in the birthplace of yoga, on the banks of The Ganges, in the foothills of the Himalayas.

I've been fortunate to practice yoga in beautiful places such as Sri Lanka, Thailand and Bali, but for me it's all about how you bring yoga home, make your practice your own and integrate it in to your life.

My classes are for everyone, and I'm keen to introduce yoga to those who might not be sure if it's for them, and I'd especially like to see more men get into yoga. I like combining yoga, meditation and chanting, giving respect to Indian authenticity whilst staying relevant to modern life.

Alongside yoga teaching I'm also a musician, children's entertainer and massive fan of The Beatles.  It was actually the music of The Beatles, particularly George Harrison, that sent me down this path, to India, to yoga, to mediation.  It's awesome how the universe unfolds sometimes...
