With over 16 years of practice and 7 years of teaching, Shaka Xolani is an E-RYT 500 registered yoga teacher, trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Restorative yoga. She holds an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation and believes yoga is a path to freedom and self-knowledge. Her teaching blends breath, alignment, and meditation, offering both dynamic, strength-building discipline, alignment and energetic focus and slower, grounding practices. Shaka’s classes guide students to deepen their connection to body, mind, and the sacred space within.
