I am Hania, a clinical psychologist and passionate yoga practitioner from Vietnam who is now living and working in Warsaw, Poland. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a deep commitment to holistic health, I integrate psychotherapy with yoga therapy to guide individuals toward balance, healing, and well-being.

Beyond yoga, I work with children on the autism spectrum, using psychological and therapeutic techniques to support their growth and development.
I offer Vietnamese, English, and basic Polish yoga sessions, accommodating online and in-person formats. Classes are available for personal training and small groups in Warsaw, Poland.
