Lindsey is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance after completion of her 200 hour training with Heather Healey of Mighty Yoga in Hanover, NH.
When asked how she found yoga she said: "growing up as a dancer, my body craved movement and fluidity as an adult. After trying numerous exercise classes, I finally tried my first yoga class on a whim. At the end of the hour, I was hooked. I got my body moving, connected my breathe, and was able to offer my mind a place to decompress. My yoga practice offers me a safe place to express, feel, and breathe all while building my strength and flexibility."
