This amazing journey started in 2004. Since then, the growth and the transformation of my body, mind and spirit have been tremendous.
My practice is a movement meditation which consists of several methods of yoga. It is a flowing form that connects deep breathing and proper alignment in asanas.
I feel blessed to practice and enjoy this art everyday. My wish is to be able to continue and pass on the knowledge I've gained to as many people as I can and share the bliss.
I thank all my wonderful teachers along the way who inspired me and contributed to who I am today. I have a happy, balanced and healthy life.
