UPDOG Studios offers a comprehensive program where students graduate ready to teach in a studio or health club setting. I found so much confidence and strength because of the efforts I made through the opportunities provided in the UPDOG Studios YTT 200 program. The program positively impacted my career and other facets of my personal life. My communications skills, observation skills, and my emotional intelligence has improved. Most importantly, my relationships with myself as well as with others have improved. UPDOG not only gave me the opportunity to become a good teacher, it provided me the opportunity to become a GREAT human. Full Review
